When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days from our Los Angeles studio (Mon–Fri).

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes — including cancellation or address updates. Please double-check all details at checkout, as we ship exactly as received.
If your order has not yet shipped, please email us at hi.froustudio@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package online.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or email us at hi.froustudio@gmail.com.
My order says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
1. Please check with neighbors, family members, or your building office.
2. Sometimes carriers scan packages as “delivered” 1–2 days early.
3. If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at hi.froustudio@gmail.com with your order number.
Warranty & Returns
Return Policy
All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We recommend double-checking sizing and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t look right, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 hi.froustudio@gmail.com.
Be sure to include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll take care of it.
Warranty Coverage & Replacements
Our warranty covers quality issues within 30 days of purchase, including:
• Manufacturing defects
• Broken chains or clasps
• Loose stones (from setting issues)
• Plating defects
• Structural issues
Not covered under warranty:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or mishandling
• Lost or stolen items
• Water or chemical damage
• Oxidation or aesthetic changes from regular use
How it works:

2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will:
• Replace the item with the same design (if available), or
• Offer another piece of equal value, or
• Provide store credit for future purchases.

Product Info
What materials are your pieces made of?
Our jewelry is crafted with 18K PVD-plated stainless steel, sterling silver with gold plating, freshwater pearls, and selected crystals. Each piece is designed for everyday wear while keeping a refined look.
Allergy Info
Our pieces are made with high-quality stainless steel (304) and surgical-grade stainless steel for earring posts (316L), as well as sterling silver with gold plating. These materials are considered hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types.

How should I care for my jewelry?
• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercise
• Put on last, take off first
• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth
