WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak periods.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio in California, United States.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Because many of our pieces are made in small batches, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage reviewing product details, sizing, and materials carefully before placing your order.

OUR 30-DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing defects that affect the quality, functionality, or structure of your jewelry.

Examples of covered quality issues include:

• Broken clasps or chains due to manufacturing defects

• Loose stones caused by setting issues

• Plating defects beyond normal wear

• Structural defects present upon delivery


Because we work with natural pearls and stones, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and surface characteristics are considered part of the material's natural beauty and are not regarded as defects.


The guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches from regular use

• Water or chemical damage

• Accidental damage or mishandling

• Lost or stolen items

Warranty Support & Next Steps

If you experience a quality issue within 30 days of delivery, please email hi.froustudio@gmail.com.

To help us review your request quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the piece (photos in natural light are especially helpful)

Return & Replacement Shipping:

If a return for inspection is required, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your claim is approved, we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement.

What Happens Next:

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will prioritize a replacement of the same design whenever possible.

If the original design is no longer available, we may offer store credit or help you select another piece of equal value.

Every situation is different, so each request is reviewed individually.

What materials are your pieces made of?

Our jewelry is crafted with carefully selected materials, including:

• 18K PVD-plated stainless steel

• Freshwater pearls

• Natural stones

• Sterling silver with gold plating

Many of our pieces are made with stainless steel and surgical-grade stainless steel ear posts (316L), materials that are generally considered low-irritation for most wearers.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To help your jewelry stay beautiful over time:

• Put your jewelry on last and remove it first

• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping

• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and other chemicals

• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear

• Store pieces separately in the provided pouch when not in use
